Over 15yrs ago iTchytail opened its doors and started as a treat company for pets with allergies. Since then we have expanded and  have offered training classes, boarding, grooming and other general services. Each year we renew our certifications in Pet CPR and First Aid.  We are insured and have done independent work in understanding breed characteristics (both dog and cats), training and grooming. Our focus is on reward based training and behavior management. We have and continue to take classes in animal behavior and management through Leerburg University.

We are a small business and we support small businesses. Almost all products that are available for purchase via our online store or on location have been sourced from small businesses across North America. The businesses we work with are diverse and you can view a short profile on each in our store section under “who we work with.”
